He also experienced in assisting with commercial property purchases and overseas mortgages /re-mortgages. Emily is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and also has a degree in Marketing and Administration from the Dublin Institute of Technology. Emily has worked for many years in the financial services industry. Emily is a member of our investment and pensions team.

Emma has a professional certificate in Financial Advise (APA) from the Institute of Bankers and is also a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA). Emma has over 15 years administration & customer care experience within the financial service industry.

Brigid is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) with over 14 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry. Brigid has helped manage many Sales and Customer Service teams throughout her career in PTSB where she worked for over 13 years and so she brings a wealth of experience to the Smart Mortgages team.In her current role as Mortgage Administrator, Brigid works closely with her clients to develop a thorough understanding of what exactly their need is and then uses this information to get the best possible mortgage product for them. Brigid focuses on a right first time approach ensuring applications are turned around as quickly and efficiently as possible for her clients.

Shauna has a professional certificate in Life Assurance and Loans (APA) with the LIA. Shauna has over 3 years administration & customer care experience within the financial service industry. Shauna is responsible for the processing and administration of the pension and investment applications
